This reminded me of quite a few of the terms we have worked on defining throughout the course. It also reminded of me of when Professor Kunte brought up being asked this very same question, which I thought was pretty hilarious.

My roommates showed me this video and I also found it really funny. It reminded me of our discussions of identity and how our personal identity and social identity can be very different. The girl in the video’s personal identity is someone from the San Diego, while the guy’s perception of her comes from her social identity which is an Asian person must having to be directly from an Asian country.
