This is the course blog for ASAM 110: Identity and the Body in Asian American Literature as taught by Prof. Nisha Kunte at the University of California, Irvine in the Spring 2013. Students will post their journal responses here and are invited to post links and reflections on other issues related to class topics, perhaps in the form of newspaper articles, other blog posts, Youtube videos, or other forms of current media. I will also post on issues I believe to be of interest to the class. Students are encouraged to check the course blog often and respond to the posts found herein – participation points will be awarded for comments made on blog posts.
